Those who know Madeline know that she loves to do art projects and color and draw. So we decided to enroll her in an art class while she is off track. She LOVES the class and is doing very well (did I mention that she LOVES the class). Last week she did a deer head sculpture (out of paper mache). During the process she told her teacher all about Grandma E.'s pinatas. :-) This week Madeline is learning how to sketch. She is very proud of her candle. OK so mom and dad are pretty proud as well. Her teacher said she is very enthusiastic, imaginative, creative and willing to try everything. Count yourself lucky if you have one of the many crayon drawings she has done. Some day they just might be worth a lot. He he he!

Wow Maddie! Your artwork is wonderful. You have such a talent. I'm very impressed. Keep working hard in your art class and you'll just keep getting better and better.
