It is official, we finally bought a HOUSE!!
It is now time to "MOVE ON" in our adventure of selling and buying a home.
Can you believe we started all of this back in DECEMBER. What a journey!!
We signed the papers on Monday and the KEYS will be handed over on Friday.
Then we MOVE for hopefully the last time. :-)
We are so EXCITED!!!

We had the world's most AMAZING Loan Officer and Realtor.
Our LOAN OFFICER bent over backwards to get us a super low rate.
Then he was able to get us approved, closed and funded within 2 1/2 weeks. WOW!!
Our REALTOR, well let's just say there are not enough words to describe how
FABULOUS it was working with her. She was always one step ahead,
very detail oriented and so easy to work with!
Okay so the super yummy Kneaders basket she gave us at closing and the FREE moving truck her agency provides might sway my opinion of her (just a little, he he).
